£1000 referral for Negligence Claims (Credit Hire)

These grubby parasites feed off other grubby parasites. A bit like finding worms in a rat I guess. As before, the spam originates from 94.193.80.141 (mail2.mrhsolicitors.co.uk) via 212.227.17.9 (moutng.kundenserver.de), spamvertising the site www.First4Accidents.co.uk on 82.165.79.150 (1&1, Germany).

Dear Sir/Madam,
PROBLEMS RECOVERING CREDIT HIRE CHARGES?  YOU MAY HAVE A CLAIM FOR NEGLIGENCE AGAINST YOUR SOLICITOR!
With the increasing trend for fast and easy settlement of personal injury cases, certain elements of a Claimants special damages are being missed or overlooked by their Solicitors.
One of the largest liability areas in these claims seems to revolve around credit hire charges where a Claimant will enter into a contractual agreement with a hire company and is personally liable to pay the charges.  If your Solicitors fail to recover/include the charges as part of the claim they are instructed to make on the Client's behalf then they may have been negligent and we can help investigate their conduct for you.
  • Have your Clients been left with unpaid bills for credit hire charges?

  • Do you have Solicitors who have undersettled a Client's claim for credit hire charges leaving the Client liable for the short fall?

  • Has your Client's claim for personal injury been settled on a full and final basis with hire charges still outstanding?

  • Did your Client's claim go to Court?  Were the hire charges included in the proceedings?

Were you aware that failure to include ALL heads of claim on the MOJ RTA claims portal at Stage 2 can result in Insurers refusing to pay any other losses or damages which are thereafter brought to their attention?
Similarly, if court proceedings are started on a Client's behalf and the hire charges not included, did you know that the Client loses the opportunity to claim any further damages?
Solicitors have a duty to protect their Client's position in a claim and recover all heads of claim as instructed.
If you feel your Client has been left in a situation where the Solicitors have failed to recover credit hire charges on their behalf then contact us today and we will investigate the matter for you.
Our specialist panel Solicitors will pay you £1,000 by way of referral fee for every professional negligence claim you refer where liability is admitted for the negligence by your Client's former Solicitors.
