£1000 for Professional Negligence cases

Here's a nasty bit of ambulance chasing spam sent to the spamtrap at donotemail@wearespammers.com. The originating IP is 82.152.148.231 (Eclipse Internet, UK) apparently spamvertising first4accidents.co.uk hosted on 109.203.111.112 (eUKhost , UK) and registered to:

Although the web site gives different ownership details:

First4Accidents is a trading name of Muler Associates Ltd, Atria House, Spa Road, Bolton BL1 4AG.
Registered in England (company number 07461832).
Muler Associates is registered at the MOJ for claims processing, but Companies House claims that it is dormant. Odd that. It also seems to be an office admin company rather than a law firm. Odd that.

Anyway, here is the pitch:

Dear Sir/Madam,
A recent Law Society Gazette investigation found that professional negligence claims against personal injury solicitors are increasing rapidly. Firms' reliance on under-qualified staff, lack of face-to-face contact with clients and failure to understand medical reports are all factors in the trend.
There are various potential causes of this kind of negligence. These might include one or more of the following:
  • Excessive pressure to settle at an early stage when the symptoms are ongoing
  • Settling on a "pre-medical" basis
  • Becoming liable for unrecovered credit hire charges or storage charges
  • Full impact of injuries have not been considered
  • A failure to take account of important matters of law
  • Liability has been incorrectly apportioned
  • Negligence in submitting documents
  • Has your solicitor missed a relevant time limit? Particularly a time limit to start a claim?
  • Failure to take out Before/After the Event insurance to cover against liability of costs and disbursements
If you feel that your clients personal injury compensation claim has been under settled or neglected, we will be more than happy to discuss it with your client and advise them about bringing a professional negligence claim on a no win – no fee basis, to recover the compensation that they have lost out on. For every individual client that you recommend to us, we will pay you £1,000.00 as soon as liability is admitted.
If there are matters where the existing solicitors acting for your clients are no longer wishing to act for them due to allegations being made by the Defendants or the solicitors have come off the court record for whatever other reasons, our Panel Solicitors would be happy to assist.
Further, over recent years, we have seen an increasing trend by insurers to distance themselves from the 'At Fault' policy holder due to unspecified "indemnity issues", and therefore joining themselves in proceedings as Second Defendants. In such instances our Panel Solicitors would be happy to represent these Clients. For such cases we would also be prepared to pay referral fees in the sum of £1,000.00 on successful matters.
All our cases are dealt with by panel firms, who have expertise in both Personal Injury and Professional Negligence claims.
Contact us today to discuss your clients needs on 0800 028 9995.
Regards

Steve Jones
