My favourite bit of this spam is the part that says "CCI Legal and GCS have worked tirelessly to ensure such concerns are allayed keeping compliance officers as happy as they could ever be." I'm not sure that advertising your services through spam (donotemail@wearespammers.com is obviously a spamtrap) would keep compliance officers happy.
