This scammer is using a hacked account at the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia but is soliciting replies to stonehouse.specialaid@live.com. The originating IP is 41.206.15.51 (MTN Nigeria), sent via proxy1.sci.am (93.187.162.5). The scam is probably an advanced fee fraud.
