ATE/LEI - on RTA (from Insurers established since 2001)-Deferred payment, (£450+IPT) fixed (block) premium at any stage.  If they fail to recover the policy invoice from Third Party then the firm does not pay anything.  As you are aware most of the time it is recovered, if not; then the Costs Draftsmen from the Insurer will take over recovering the cost for the ATE policy.  There is no cancellation fee as well, so the policy can be taken out soon as.  We do not offer a 'Pot Scheme' so the total benefit comes to you directly every month.

To request the policies, you have 3 options:-

1)      Integrate into a case management system (support from Pennington)

2)      Online – Website Login

3)      Spreadsheet which is allocated to each case handler (emailed to Insurance co. Admin)

We also provide Medical Reports and Rehabilitation Services for the clients through our group companies which would be of interest.
